VARLION Bourne Summum Carbon Black

Varlion professional level padel racket with a diamond shape, designed for players who seek more power than control in their game and who like rackets with a softer touch.

It is made with a bidirectional carbon tubular and a medium-hard Hypersoft foam core, laminated with a plain weave of fiberglass and carbon fibre. Its heart is also reinforced with plain weave carbon fibre.

All materials are impregnated with Varlion's exclusive VAR-FLEX epoxy resin for maximum elasticity and resistance, and covered with a layer of titanium dioxide.

Rackets with Summum technology are a concept where all their features have been optimized to the maximum. The main ones are:

- A longer grip than usual, to provide the player with a more comfortable and professional grip, thus avoiding having to place the overgrip on top of it, and also to make grip easier for players who use both hands.

- An impact surface of 1 cm more.

- Aerodynamic Drilling is the new drilling system that offers greater resistance in the core and greater homogeneity in hits, thanks to a wider sweet spot.

- A rough texture on the hitting surface through a 3D direct screen printing system, to help the player apply spin to the ball more effectively.

- And Diffusor Wings technology at its heart, with an aerodynamically improved diffuser, which gives the racket more manoeuvrability and precision.

This padel racket also includes an injected adhesive protector, which is produced using a low-hardness TPU injection mould to absorb shocks and scratches. It is fixed to the racket frame using an adhesive material without the need to drill the frame and thus avoid having to weaken it for fixing. Being perfectly attached to the frame, it also acts as an anti-vibrator.
